Experience Caimari and dive into the calmness of this former island. Enjoy the silence that is so emblematic for this place and which is transmitted by its inhabitants and their relaxed way of life.
Few people visiting Mallorca looking for sun and beaches, imagine up to what extent this island can surprise the visitor with its magic corners with water, pools and majestic springs.
Ingredients:
Brassica balearica is an endemism exclusive to Mallorca. It lives in the Serra de Tramuntana (northern mountain range) occupying rocky crevices in the rocky cliff faces of mountains, generally in shady places. It is characterised by its shiny, fleshy leaves with wavy margins which are concentrated at the base of the plant.
The Balearic Shearwater (Puffinus mauretanicus) is a species under serious threat of extinction and is endemic to the Balearic Islands. It is known as the Baldritja on Mallorca and Menorca, and the Virot on the Pine Islands.
With some of the fees collected with the eco-tax (which the tourists were paying from May 2002 until October 2003), the government purchased the 400- hectare finca Son Real in the bay of Alcúdia.
