The backbone of this proposal is the silky density of Mallorcan Oil (D.O.P.) that merges with the botanical heritage of Sweet Herbs, creating a very soft texture.
The pear provides the necessary freshness and just the right acidity to balance the complexity of the oil, while the crushed ice guarantees perfect integration.

Ingredients for the cocktail “Oro de Mallorca”
6 ice cubes
2 parts Mallorcan olive oil
2 parts pear juice
1 part “Hierbas de Mallorca” (sweet) Herbs liquor of Mallorca

Instructions
Place all ingredients (olive oil, pear juice, sweet Herbs liquor of Mallorca “Hierbas de Mallorca”) and six ice cubes into a blender and mix it for about ten seconds until all liquids are well mixed.
Presentation
Serve in a cocktail glass and decorate with an olive skewer.
