Joan Mir 36<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


<\/strong>Joan Mir Mayrata was born on September 1, 1997 in Palma. He is a two-time champion of the Motorcycle World Championship in two different categories: Moto3 world champion in the hands of a Honda in the Leopard Racing team and MotoGP in the Suzuki Ecstar team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Joan<\/figure>
\n

From 2015 to 2017 he participated in the Moto3 category in which, with two races to go, in 2017 he was crowned world champion in the small category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018 he moved to Moto2<\/strong> with \u00c1lex M\u00e1rquez in the Marc VDS getting 155 points as Rookie of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He made the jump to MotoGP the following year in 2019 as a teammate of \u00c1lex Rins, winning the championship in 2020 and the seventh crown for Mallorca<\/strong>. In 2023, Mir joined the Repsol Honda team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Augusto Fern\u00e1ndez 37<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Augusto, born in Madrid on September 23, 1997 and settled in Sencelles since he was a child, he made his debut in the World Championship in the Moto2 category in 2017 without going through Moto3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has achieved this 2022 with a Kalex and a Triumph engine in the Red Bull KTM Ajo team the Moto2 world title and the ninth crown for Balearic motorcycling<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Augusto<\/figure>
\n

In 2023, Augusto Fern\u00e1ndez, originally from Palma (Mallorca), made his long-awaited debut in MotoGP with the KTM GasGas team. His promotion to the premier category of motorcycling marked a milestone in his career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite initial challenges, he demonstrates his talent with progressive performances. The transition from Moto2 to MotoGP has not been easy, with each race he continues to gain experience and establish himself as a competitor to be reckoned with, proudly representing his native island and cementing his legacy in the world of motorcycling.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Izan Guevara 28<\/strong>
<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Izan Guevara Bonnin was born in Palma on June 28, 2004. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He debuted in the World Championship in 2020, winning the championship and the eighth title for Mallorca<\/strong> in his second year in Moto3<\/strong> with the Aspar Gas Gas Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Izan<\/figure>
\n

The promising motorcycle racer from Mallorca has captivated the audience since his debut in Moto2<\/strong> in 2023 with the Aspar Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He had an irregular start after missing the first two races due to injury, his transition to this category has been progressive, but despite his youth, Guevara demonstrates exceptional maturity on the track, competing with veterans with determination. Izan Guevara has achieved a best result of 6th place in Jerez.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Its consistent rise promises exciting battles on the asphalt and suggests a bright future in two-wheeled sport. Backed by his natural talent and the support of his team, Guevara is emerging as a rising star who will make his mark in Moto2 and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miquel Pons 71<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n


Miquel Pons Payeras, born on August 1, 1997, is a Mallorcan motorcycle racer. He currently competes in the MotoE World Cup<\/strong> with the LCR E-Team. In addition to the MotoE World Cup, Miquel has also competed in the Supersport 300 World Championship and the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since his debut in the MotoE World Cup, Miquel Pons, originally from Mallorca, has dazzled with his talent and determination on the electric track. His ability to adapt to the demands of this innovative competition has been impressive, establishing himself as a competitor to be reckoned with. Payeras exhibits a methodical approach and unwavering passion for racing. In 2023, Pons Payeras finished the season in sixth position with 98 points, without wins but with a podium in the Misano race. His best result in qualifying was fourth place in Assen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luis Salom 39<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n


Luis Salom was born in Mallorca on 7 August 1991 and made his debut in the 125cc World Championships in 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Started in the championship with the Jack&Jones WRB team, where he raced in twelve Grand Prix and classified in five.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Mallorcan driver\u2019s best race saw him come in sixth at Donington Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2010, and after a bad start to the season driving a Lambretta, the Mallorcan driver competed in all the races of the world championships, coming in fifth with an Aprilia in the Estorial Grand Prix, Portugal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\"Luis<\/figure>
\n

Salom had big ambitions for the world championships, racing for Dutch team RW Racing GP and again with an Aprilia, where he hoped to step up to the highest levels of the finalists\u2019 podium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2014 he moved to Moto2 with Kalex. He died on June 3, 2016 at the Catalunya GP during free practice. D.E.P<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joan Perell\u00f3 36<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joan Perell\u00f3 was born on 6 October 1993 in Palma, Mallorca. It wasn\u2019t until 2006 that Perell\u00f3 started his sporting career, at the age of 12, participating in the Bancaja \u2018Cuna de Campeones\u2019 Cup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having participated in various competitions and racking up his share of victories, he made his international debut coming in third at the 2009 European Speed Championship<\/strong>, participating this same year as guest racer in the final test of the motorcycling world cup. The following year he raced five times as a guest racer alongside the best 125cc<\/strong> drivers in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Joan<\/figure>
\n

In 2011, Perell\u00f3 debuting as an official driver in the 125cc category, riding an Aprilia RSW125GP right from the first race of the MotoGP 125cc World Championship<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following his first training sessions with his new team, Team Matteoni Racing, good vibes and how good it feels to be sat astride the motorcycle all point to a successful racing season to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, Perell\u00f3 participated in the FIM Superstock 1000 Cup<\/strong> with the Yamaha Spain team. However, he was unable to finish the season due to injury.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Currently, Perell\u00f3 is dedicated to his own business and works as a piloting instructor. There are no confirmed plans for his return to professional competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
