And so <em>le g\u00e2teau d&#8217;amandes<\/em> became &#8220;gat\u00f3 d&#8217;ametlles&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nCategory:<\/strong> Desserts<br \/>\n<strong>Difficulty:<\/strong> Easy<br \/>\n<strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> Max. 1 hour<br \/>\n<strong>Recommended wines:<\/strong> Sweet Wines<br \/>\n<strong>Season:<\/strong> All year<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 4 people<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">250 g of <a title=\"Majorcan almonds\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorcashop.net\/en\/25-majorcan-almond\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">majorcan almonds<\/a>, 250 g sugar, 6 eggs, 1 teaspoon butter, lemon zest, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon icing sugar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong> <strong><br \/>\nPreparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grind the almonds. Separate the whites from the yolks. Arrange in a bowl half the sugar, ground almonds, egg yolks, lemon zest and cinnamon. Working with a whisk. Beat the egg whites until stiff with remaining sugar. Gradually add to the preparation of the buds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fill a greased pan and cook in a preheated oven at 180\u00ba C for 5 minutes at 140\u00ba C for 20 minutes.
