Now introduce the escalivada, prepared earlier using the sliced onion, red, green and yellow peppers and aubergines. Add the cream and let it simmer. When it starts to thicken, add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Put half of the puff pastry (pre-baked at 180<sup>o<\/sup> in the oven) on the plates. Puff pastry made with butter works better, as it is finer.
