It is greeny-yellow in colour and opaque, since it is an unfiltered oil.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-4832\" style=\"margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Aubocassa Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/oli-aubocassa_2.jpg\" alt=\"Aubocassa Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/oli-aubocassa_2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/oli-aubocassa_2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following characteristics make this oil an <strong>exquisite-tasting<\/strong> product: optimum timing for harvesting the olives, a speedy transportation to the mill for pulping, and a pressing at temperatures not higher than 27 degrees, so as not to lose the aromas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The result is an oil obtained directly from olives and using only mechanical processes, with an aroma of vegetables, aromatic herbs and ramallet tomatoes and a taste of unripened almonds and ripe fruits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The production method subscribes to the <strong>\u201cchateau\u201d<\/strong> concept, with the raw ingredients coming from a single estate and oils from different years never being mixed, as with the best wines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aubocassa\u00a0Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sold in 55 countries and has won over the palates of the greatest chefs worldwide.
