Instead of passing through Manacor we take the Cam\u00ed de Son Ram\u00f3n. We turn right and take the road of S\u2019Avall, where Mallorca\u2019s longest and mightiest river Torrent de Na Borges flows.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo18\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-3643\" style=\"text-align: right; margin: 10px 0px 10px 20px; float: right;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/fotos_ruta_calicant_2.jpg\" alt=\"fotos_ruta_calicant_2\" width=\"250\" height=\"335\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/fotos_ruta_calicant_2.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/fotos_ruta_calicant_2-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo18\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Estilo18\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"Estilo23\">T<\/span><span class=\"Estilo23\">his area embraces a surface of 3,044 hectares and was declared a nature reserve. The area is dominated by wild olive trees and a fauna of red partridge, as well as the Greek turtle <\/span>(<a title=\"Testudo graeca\" href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/ca\/fauna-a-mallorca\/tortuga-mora.html\" target=\"_blank\">Testudo graeca<\/a>)<span class=\"Estilo23\">, the genet and the marten stand out. After a few sharp curves, we arrive at the M-3330. We now turn left towards Petra and without entering the village we take the Cam\u00ed de Son Reixach, which leads us toAriany, a little town that has been independent since 1982. We leave this place via the road MA- 3340 and soon take the Cam\u00ed Vell de Sta. Margalida. Then we continue on the MA-3400, which takes us through a rough territory towards the cross-roads of Alcudia-Art\u00e0, after crossing the Torrent de Son Real. Finally we can rest on the beach of Son Serra de Marina, which is situated between the beaches of Sa C\u00e0nova and Son Real. On the way back, we turn right after two kilometres in order to take up the Cam\u00ed de Calicant again, which will lead us back to our starting point.<\/span><span
