{"id":2395,"date":"2009-10-16T08:21:39","date_gmt":"2009-10-16T06:21:39","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-10-21T10:06:05","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T08:06:05","slug":"cami-vell-de-lluc-route","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/en\/excursions\/cami-vell-de-lluc-route.html","title":{"rendered":"Cam\u00ed Vell de Lluc"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"94\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/cami-vell-de-lluc_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2374\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Description <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This trip leads us to the first or the last stretch of the G221 or the path <em>Ruta de la Pedra en Sec<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/cami-vell-de-lluc_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2379\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This magnificent route of the <a title=\"Serra de Tramuntana\" href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/en\/places-of-special-interest\/the-sierra-de-tramuntana-mountain-range-is-a-candidate-for-unescos-list-of-cultural-landscapes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Serra de Tramuntana<\/a> is a testimonial of the great work which our ancestors have performed and symbolises the importance of the mountains in previous times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This stretch passes on a cobbled path that leads through a great territory with holm oaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will find numerous lime kilns, Sitges, charcoal makers&#8217; houses, the Fuente de Monta\u00f1a, and many more secrets of this great forest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ll end the route in the village of Lluc, where we can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorcashop.net\/en\/gastronomy\/216-ensaimada-de-mallorca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ensaimada<\/a><\/strong>, visit the famous Virgin of Lluc, the Camel Rock, admire the area&#8217;s spectacular karst formations, and enjoy many other attractions at the Lluc Sanctuary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"409\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/cami-vell-de-lluc_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/cami-vell-de-lluc_3.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/cami-vell-de-lluc_3-220x300.jpg 220w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We leave Pollen\u00e7a by taking the road Calle de l\u2019Horta. Just in front of the Roman bridge, a diversion towards the left marks the direction to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The entire path is signposted.
