Leave to simmer until the potatoes are cooked.<br \/>\nIn another pot cook the noodles in some stock and add them to the pot when al dente. Check the salt and add some mint. Serve.<br \/>\nIf you find the dish to be too filling, you can substitute the pork for a quarter of a hen, or leave the meat out completely, it will be just as tasty.<\/p>\n<p>\nFava Parada recipe: Margalida Castells.
