This walk starts at the finca Cas Avinyons, half way along the road that joins S\u00f3ller with Dei\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At Es Rac\u00f3 des Teix, nestled at the foot of the mountain that is its namesake, we can experience one of the best gastronomical experiences on the island. Michelin star chef, Josef Sauerschell, serves up Mediterranean dishes with a modern flare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After lunch it\u2019s time to visit an olive press.
