Young broad beans, chopped <br \/>\n\u2022 50 gr. green beans, chopped<br \/>\n\u2022 50 gr. peas <br \/>\n\u2022 3 bay leafs <br \/>\n\u2022 one fresh fennel frond <br \/>\n\u2022 season with salt, freshly ground pepper and a little paprika<\/p>\n<p><strong>Category:<\/strong> Appetizers and tapas \/ dish<br \/>\n<strong>Difficulty:<\/strong> Easy<br \/>\n<strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cooking time:<\/strong> 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p>The Frit Mallorqu\u00ed is a typical Majorcan dish, much requested by residents and visitors, it can be taken as a tapa or as a dish.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fill a pan half way with oil and gently fry the garlic. Add the cleaned lamb innards, turn the heat up and fry for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove all the contents from the pan and place aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, fry the onion and the bay leafs in the same pan and season with a dash of salt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When ready, put them aside with the lamb. Fry the broad beans with the peas, green beans and red peppers.
