Olive oil, extra virgen<br \/>\n\u2022 1 pomegranate, de-seeded<br \/>\n\u2022 100 g. seedless grapes<br \/>\n\u2022 1 lemon<br \/>\n\u2022 1 table spoon chopped parsley<br \/>\n\u2022 A pinch of sweet paprika<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-145\" style=\"margin-right: 20px; margin-left: 0px; float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/verats-esclata-sangs-reim-i-magranes_toni_pinya3.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"220\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Season the mackerels fillets with some salt, lemon juice and white ground pepper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fry the fillets in a frying pan with a little olive oil (without breading them). Place the fillets in a bowl or on a shallow plate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remove half of the oil from the frying pan. Saut\u00e9 the milk cups and the garlic in the remaining olive oil.
