There are different hiking routes on the island with varying levels, something to suit everyone.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-14742 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 0px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Sa Dragonera, pier, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dragonera-mallorca.jpg\" alt=\"Sa Dragonera, pier, Mallorca\" width=\"350\" height=\"191\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dragonera-mallorca.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dragonera-mallorca-300x164.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Sa Dragonera was declared a <strong>Natural Park<\/strong> in 1995.<\/p>\n<p>The landing dock is in Cala Llad\u00f3, this is the starting point for the <strong>four routes<\/strong> around the island.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>park\u2019s Visitor Centre<\/strong> is here too.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-14763\" style=\"border-style: none; text-align: justify; margin: 0px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Sa Dragonera, lighthouse, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dragonera-mallorca-2.jpg\" alt=\"dragonera-mallorca-2\" width=\"350\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dragonera-mallorca-2.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dragonera-mallorca-2-228x300.jpg 228w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is a lighthouse on each tip of the island, they are called <strong>Tramuntana<\/strong> and <strong>Llebeig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is a small <strong>museum<\/strong> in the Tramuntana lighthouse that relates the history of lighthouses and the lighthouse keepers that dwelt in them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Llebeig tower is home to an iron canon.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>D\u2019es Moro cave<\/strong> reminds us that Sa Dragonera was home to Muslim pirates who used it for shelter and a base when raiding Mallorca.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-14752\" style=\"border-style: none; text-align: justify; margin: 0px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Sa Dragonera, rosemary, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dradonera-mallorca-3.jpg\" alt=\"dradonera-mallorca-3\" width=\"350\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dradonera-mallorca-3.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/dradonera-mallorca-3-300x207.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/>\nA visit to Sa Dragonera offers amazing Mediterranean scenery, there are plenty of birds too, including <a title=\"Osprey - Pandion halia\u00e4etus\" href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/fauna\/aguila-pescadora.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>osprey<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Eleonora\u2019s falcons<\/strong>, and <strong>kingfishers<\/strong>.
