Verderol is extracted daily, it takes seven kilos of olives to make one litre of oil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The trees are pruned by hand and the cuttings are shred on site, leaving organic material for the ground. The olive trees are <strong>treated with authorised ecological products<\/strong> to prevent parasitical fungi.
