Sineu\u2019s annual agricultural, livestock and crafts fair, Sa Fira, is held on the <strong>first Sunday of May<\/strong> and sees the Mallorcan town transformed into the \u2018capital of the islands\u2019 spring fairs\u2019. Its development is inextricably linked to the growth experienced by the market which, together with the market in the nearby town of Inca, stimulated the creation of markets in other towns of the
