Es wird seit 1998 auf dem Landgut Son Quint (Esporles) in der <strong>Serra Tramuntana<\/strong> hergestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das \u00d6l Predio Son Quint wird aus den drei Olivensorten <strong>Picual<\/strong>, <strong>Arbequina<\/strong> und <strong>Empeltre<\/strong> gepresst. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die besondere Beschaffenheit des Bodens und die Umgebung verleihen diesem \u00d6l einzigartige Eigenschaften, die bei zahlreichen Verkostungen von Experten und den wichtigsten Labors des Landes gelobt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sowohl der Anbau als auch die Ernte und die Handlese gew\u00e4hrleisten eine erlesene Auswahl an besten Oliven in angemessenen Proportionen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die <strong>Kaltpressung<\/strong> wird die urspr\u00fcngliche Rezeptur des Oliven\u00f6ls Virgen Extra Predio Son Quint erzielt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predio Son Quint wird in Glasflaschen mit 500ml und 250 ml mit einem exklusiven Verschluss vertrieben, der das Dies sind die einzigen Schritte im Produktionsprozess, die nicht auf der <strong>Finca Esporles<\/strong> stattfinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luis Espa\u00f1ol erz\u00e4hlt uns, dass derzeit ein Expansionsprojekt f\u00fcr die Produktion von <strong>Predio Son Quint<\/strong> l\u00e4uft, mit der Anpflanzung neuer Olivenb\u00e4ume auf einer weiteren Finca, die der Familie in <strong>Binissalem<\/strong> geh\u00f6rt.
