Anschlie\u00dfend das \u00d6l, das mit dem Backpulver vermischte Mehl und zuletzt den Eischnee hinzuf\u00fcgen. Alles leicht vermengen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Danach ein Blech mit Butter bestreichen und mit etwas Mehl ausstreuen. Den gesamten Inhalt der Sch\u00fcssel auf das Blech verteilen und die halbierten Aprikosen sowie die Sobrasada darauf streuen. Den Ofen auf 180\u00b0 vorheizen und den Kuchen 20 bis 30 Minuten backen.
