Trennen Sie die Wei\u00dfen aus dem Eigelb. Vereinbaren Sie in einer Sch\u00fcssel die H\u00e4lfte des Zucker, gemahlenen Mandeln, Eigelb, Zitronenschale und Zimt. Arbeiten mit einem Schneebesen. Schlagen Sie das Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen mit dem restlichen Zucker. Langsam an die Vorbereitung der Knospen hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">F\u00fcllen Sie eine gefettete Pfanne geben und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180\u00ba C f\u00fcr 5 Minuten bei 140\u00ba C f\u00fcr 20 Minuten.
