Paprika und 2 kleinen Tl. Pfeffer bestreuen, etwas Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcbergeben und gut mischen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Die Erbsen in eine andere Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fcllen, die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln dazugeben, mit je 2 kleinen Tl. Paprika und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, etwas Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcbergeben und alles gut mischen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zubereitung der Teigmasse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mehl in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und eine Mulde hineindr\u00fccken. Butter oder Schmalz, Oliven\u00f6l und Wasser in die Mitte geben und gut vermengen, bis der Teig glatt und geschmeidig ist.<br \/>\nDen Ofen bei 170 \u00baC vorheizen.<br \/>\nDas Ofenblech einfetten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Etwas von dem Teig nehmen, ihn kneten und mit dem Daumen in die Mitte des Teigs dr\u00fccken und mit Hilfe der restlichen Finger ein K\u00f6rbchen formen. Dieses mit dem vorbereiteten Huhn und den Erbsen f\u00fcllen und etwas \u00d6l dar\u00fcbergie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Weitere Teigmasse nehmen, zu einem Kreis ausrollen und das K\u00f6rbchen damit abdecken. Die Teigr\u00e4nder nun mit den Fingern zusammendr\u00fccken und wie eine Kordel formen.
