Mallorca typischen K\u00fcche, Rezepte.\" width=\"300\" height=\"193\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEs ist ein typisches Gericht aus Mallorca, auch ist als Vorspeise genommen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In einen Tontopf Oliven\u00f6l geben und auf den Herd stellen. Die Zwiebeln, den Knoblauch und die Petersilie darin abraten. Anschlie\u00dfend die Tomaten und die gew\u00fcrfelte gr\u00fcne Paprika hinzugeben und einige Minuten lang anbraten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nun den in St\u00fccke geschnittenen Kohl und die gr\u00fcndlich gewaschenen, klein geschnittenen Artischocken hinzugeben. Das Gem\u00fcse gut anbraten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dann mit Wasser bedecken und den Blumenkohl, den Spinat und die Erbsen hinzuf\u00fcgen und nach Geschmack mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Das Ganze kochen, bis der\u00a0 Blumenkohl weich ist.\u00a0 Nun die Herdplatte ausschalten, das Landbrot hinzugeben und vor dem Servieren einige Minuten lang ziehen lassen.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Eine Variante dieses Gerichts ist die \u201eSopa de Matanza\u201c. Die Zubereitung erfolgt auf die gleiche Weise. Anstatt des gebratenen Gem\u00fcses werden hier allerdings Schweinefleischst\u00fccke hinzugef\u00fcgt, in der Regel Speck und\/oder Magerfleisch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6462 size-full\" title=\"Gem\u00fcsesuppe.
