{"id":5260,"date":"2009-10-21T17:24:47","date_gmt":"2009-10-21T15:24:47","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-09-17T12:51:05","modified_gmt":"2018-09-17T10:51:05","slug":"tumbet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/de\/gastronomie\/tumbet.html","title":{"rendered":"Typischen mallorquinischen Gericht: Tumbet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5232 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 0px 20px; float: right;\" title=\"typischen mallorquinischen Gericht: Tumbet\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/tumbet_1.jpg\" alt=\"typischen mallorquinischen Gericht: Tumbet\" width=\"150\" height=\"113\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heute versuchen wir uns an einem typischen mallorquinischen Gericht: <strong>Tumbet<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr 2 Personen<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><br \/>\n5 mittelgro\u00dfe Kartoffeln, 2 Auberginen, 2 Paprikaschoten, 8-10 Knoblauchzehen (mehr oder weniger nach Geschmack), 2 gro\u00dfe Zwiebeln, 3 gro\u00dfe Tomaten, Salz, Pfeffer, Oliven\u00f6l sowie eine Packung passierte Tomaten.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5237 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"typischen mallorquinischen Gericht: Tumbet\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/tumbet_4.jpg\" alt=\"typischen mallorquinischen Gericht: Tumbet\" width=\"300\" height=\"248\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als Fleischbeilage kann Huhn, Rind, Schwein oder Fisch verwendet werden &#8211; heute nehmen wir 3 Scheiben Schweinefilet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5242 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"typischen mallorquinischen Gericht: Tumbet\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/tumbet_2.jpg\" alt=\"tumbet_2\" width=\"300\" height=\"281\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All unsere Zutaten, wie Kartofeln, Auberginen, Zwiebeln, Paprikaschoten, Knoblauchzehen, Tomaten etc. schneiden wir in d\u00fcnne Scheiben und legen alles in separate Beh\u00e4lter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5247 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 10px 20px 40px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"typischen mallorquinischen Gericht: Tumbet\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/tumbet_3.jpg\" alt=\"tumbet_3\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als n\u00e4chstes werden nun Auberginen,\u00a0\u00a0 Kartoffeln,\u00a0\u00a0 Zwiebeln,\u00a0\u00a0 Paprikaschoten,\u00a0\u00a0 Knoblauch und\u00a0\u00a0 Fleisch,\u00a0\u00a0 in heissem Oliven\u00f6l angebraten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nun unsere Tomatenso\u00dfe in die hei\u00dfe Pfanne geben und mit den vorher angebratenem Knoblauch langsam aufkochen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In der Zwischenzeit kann ein kleiner Salat mit Tomaten und Zwiebeln als Beilage vorbereitet werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUnsere vorgebratenen Zutaten, Auberginen, Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln\/Paprika, Fleisch, schichten wir nun St\u00fcck um St\u00fcck weiter und weiter.<\/p>\n<p>Das fertig geschichtete Tumbet \u00fcbergie\u00dfen wir nun mit der vorbereiteten Tomatenso\u00dfe, und stellen unsere Auflaufform in den Backofen. Bei ca. 200 Grad backen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nach 25 Minuten ist unser Tumbet fertig. Zusammen mit dem Salat servieren.
