Es ist unter dem Namen \u201eEs Fir\u00f3\u201c bekannt, <strong>wird am Montag nach dem zweiten Sonntag im Mai<\/strong> gefeiert und gilt als traditionstr\u00e4chtiges Ereignis im lokalen Veranstaltungskalender.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5043 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Fest der Mauren und Christen von S\u00f3ller, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Moros-i-Cristians_2.jpg\" alt=\"Fest der Mauren und Christen von S\u00f3ller, Mallorca\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das Fest hat einen religi\u00f6sen Charakter und auch eine spielerische Komponente. Jedoch ist es letztendlich ihre theatralische Seite, welche diese Feierlichkeit so einzigartig macht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Hauptakteure sind dabei vorwiegend die Jugendlichen des Dorfes. Sie teilen sich in zwei Gruppen, die Mauren und die Christen auf, verkleiden sich und geben eine Schlacht zum Besten, aus der die Christen als Sieger hervorgehen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5048 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Fest der Mauren und Christen von S\u00f3ller, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Moros-i-Cristians_3.jpg\" alt=\"Fest der Mauren und Christen von S\u00f3ller, Mallorca\" width=\"300\" height=\"204\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dieses Spektakel erinnert an den 11. Mai 1561, an dem die Wachm\u00e4nner der Baracke von Coll de s\u2019Illa die Ankunft von 23 Schiffen mit 1 800 t\u00fcrkischen und algerischen Soldaten an Bord ersp\u00e4hten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">W\u00e4hrend des Kampfes spielten die einheimischen Frauen eine wichtige Rolle zumal sie zwei Soldaten mit einer T\u00fcrklinke zu Fall brachten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Im 15., 16. und 17. Jahrhundert kam es h\u00e4ufig zu \u00dcbergriffen durch die Sarazenen. Die Balearischen Inseln fielen w\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit h\u00e4ufig Beutez\u00fcgen zum Opfer. Auf Mallorca wurden vor allem Alc\u00fadia, Andratx, Pollen\u00e7a und S\u00f3ller von den Piraten aufgesucht.<br \/>\nAls stumme Zeitzeugen dieser Ereignisse finden sich noch heute Wacht\u00fcrme auf der ganzen Insel.
