Sie stehen dicht aneinander und teilen sich eine Geb\u00e4udestruktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"western\"> Sie spiegeln die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/cultura\/palma-o-la-ruta-del-modernismo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Jugendstilarchitektur  (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>Jugendstilarchitektur<\/strong> <\/a>auf unterschiedliche Weise wider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"western\">Das einstige Kaufhaus <em><strong>El \u00c1guila<\/strong><\/em> erf\u00fcllt auf wundersch\u00f6ne Weise die baulichen Anforderungen mit seinen gro\u00dfen Fenstern ebenso wie die gewerblichen Zwecke, f\u00fcr die es einst erbaut wurde.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"western\">Die <strong>geometrische Struktur<\/strong> aus Eisen mit ihren gro\u00dfen Nieten im ersten Stock geht an den oberen Gel\u00e4ndern in Verzierungen mit Pflanzen \u00fcber, die einen Kontrast zur bunten <strong>Keramik<\/strong> und dem dekorativen Rundbogen bildet, der den kr\u00f6nenden Abschluss bildet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"western\"><em><strong>Can Forteza Rey<\/strong><\/em> wurde im ersten Jahrzehnt des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts errichtet. Wie der alte Werbeschriftzug im zweiten Stockwerk besagt, befand sich hier einst die Zahnarztpraxis von  Ignacio Forteza Rey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Fassade zieren ein <strong>Keramikmosaik<\/strong> (span. <em>Trencad\u00eds<\/em>), ein Gel\u00e4nder aus gedrehtem Schmiedeeisen und eine <strong>groteske Darstellung aus Stein<\/strong> unter den <strong>Balkonaustritten<\/strong>. Besonders stechen auch die eigent\u00fcmlich geformten <strong>mallorquinischen Rolll\u00e4den<\/strong> ins Auge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Can Forteza<\/em> wurde 2008 restauriert.
