Nach Mallorca brachten es wohl mallorquinische B\u00e4cker, die regelm\u00e4\u00dfig nach Barcelona reisten, um neue Rezepte und Produkte kennenzulernen, die es auf der Insel nicht gab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-25784\" style=\"width: 260px;\" title=\"El Llonguet, ein Br\u00f6tchen mit Charakter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Llonguet-3.jpg\" alt=\"El Llonguet, ein Br\u00f6tchen mit Charakter\" width=\"260\" height=\"456\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Llonguet-3.jpg 260w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Llonguet-3-171x300.jpg 171w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\">Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts stieg die Nachfrage nach den Llonguets. Das Llonguet war ein B\u00e4ckereiprodukt, das nur von geschulten H\u00e4nden zubereitet wurde. In den D\u00f6rfern und l\u00e4ndlichen Umgebungen blieb man hingegen dem <strong>spanischen Landbrot<\/strong> treu.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\">Interessanterweise war das Llonguet schon fast in Vergessenheit geraten. Dank einiger B\u00e4ckereien, die es weiterhin zubereiteten und Initiativen wie der <strong><i>Orgull Llonguet<\/i><\/strong> kam das beliebte Br\u00f6tchen jedoch wieder in die Regale und ist heute pr\u00e4senter denn je.<strong> Jeden Mittwoch wird eine Tour durch die B\u00e4ckereien der Stadt angeboten<\/strong>, bei der das Llonguet die Hauptrolle spielt. Auch beim <strong>Fest des Heiligen Sebastian von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/cultura\/ayuntamiento-de-palma-y-consell-insular-de-mallorca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Palma<\/a><\/strong> steht es auf dem Programm.
