Er trieb im 19. Jahrhundert die Renovierungen voran, die aus Raixa schlie\u00dflich eine Villa im neoklassischen Stil machten.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-2566\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/raixa_3.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"397\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/raixa_3.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/raixa_3-227x300.jpg 227w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Raixa \u00f6ffnet seine Pforten wieder f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlichkeit<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">Seit M\u00e4rz ist die Finca Raixa in Bunyola nach einem Umbau, im Zuge dessen der Garten angelegt und ein Informationszentrum \u00fcber die Serra de Tramuntana eingerichtet wurden, wieder f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlichkeit zug\u00e4nglich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">Der Umbau im Jahr 2002 sorgte f\u00fcr Kontroverse, da das Innere des Hauses zu einer Mischung aus neoklassischem und modernem Stil umgestaltet wurde.\u00a0Von der Gartenanlage aus bietet sich ein herrlicher Blick auf das gesamte Anwesen. Einige architektonische Elemente stechen besonders ins Auge: das Tor, das zum Anwesen f\u00fchrt, die monumentale Treppe, der Orangengarten wie auch die Zisterne, die Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts in ein Becken umgewandelt wurde, nachdem Wasser aus der Quelle von Pastoritx (Valldemossa) gewonnen worden war.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">Die Wiederer\u00f6ffnung von Raixa wird von der \u00d6ffentlichkeit hervorragend angenommen. Die Finca empf\u00e4ngt inzwischen wieder Besucher, die auf einem erholsamen Spaziergang durch die duftenden G\u00e4rten schlendern oder das Informationszentrum \u00fcber die Serra de Tramuntana besichtigen.
