Am n\u00e4chsten Tag das Wasser abgie\u00dfen.<br \/>\nDie Kartoffeln, den Knoblauch, die Zwiebeln, den Rettich und die Karotten sch\u00e4len und in mittelgro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden, den Kohl in Julienne-Streifen schneiden. Die Ackerbohnen, den Rettich und die Karotten, den Schweinefu\u00df, das Kotelett und die Rippchen in einen Topf mit kaltem Wasser geben und langsam bei niedriger Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDas Fleisch vom Herd nehmen, wenn es gar ist, und in Streifen schneiden. Dann die Blutwurst, die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/productos-tipicos\/sobrasada-de-mallorca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sobrasada<\/a>, die Zwiebeln, die Tomaten, die Kartoffeln, den Kohl und die Fleischstreifen in den Topf geben. Alles k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Kartoffeln weich sind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDie Fadennudeln separat in etwas Br\u00fche kochen und in den Topf geben, wenn sie al dente sind. Mit Salz abschmecken, ein paar Minzbl\u00e4tter hinzuf\u00fcgen und anrichten.<br \/>\nWenn Ihnen das Gericht zu schwer erscheint, k\u00f6nnen Sie anstatt des Schweinefleischs auch ein Viertel Huhn hinzugeben.
