Jahrhundert in den K\u00fcchen Balear heimisch war. In diesem Jahr eroberte der Herzog Richelieu, Neffe des ber\u00fchmten Kardinals, Ma\u00f3 und l\u00f6ste die Engl\u00e4nder in der Herrschaft \u00fcber die Insel ab.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1784 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Mayonnaise, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/salsa-mahonesa_2.jpg\" alt=\"Mayonnaise, Mallorca\" width=\"300\" height=\"227\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nun gibt es mehrere Versionen \u00fcber die n\u00e4heren Umst\u00e4nde, wie der Herzog, der sp\u00e4ter Feldmarschall wurde, die ber\u00fchmte Sauce kostete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Einige erz\u00e4hlen, dass Richelieu nach der Eroberung ein gro\u00dfes Bankett zur Feier des Sieges bot. Sein Feldk\u00fcchenchef versuchte eine Cremesauce mit Ei zuzubereiten, die nicht gelang, so dass er beschloss auf eine Mischung aus Oliven\u00f6l und Ei zur\u00fcckzugreifen, die er auf der Insel hatte zubereiten sehen. Nur wenn diese intensiv vermischt werden, egal ob mit R\u00fchrwerk oder von Hand, erh\u00e4lt man diese delizi\u00f6se Sauce, f\u00fcr die der Herzog Richelieu schon so schw\u00e4rmte.
