Jahrhundert die Insel beherrschten. Mit der Eroberung durch die Christen im Jahre 1229 begann seine neue Epoch emit einem kurzfristigen \u00dcbergang in Feudalbesitz, bis es 1239 an die Zisterzienserm\u00f6nche abgetreten wurde, in deren Besitz es 200 Jahre lang blieb, bis es an Herrn Mateo Vida \u00fcberging. Weitere 200 Jahre hindurch blieb es im Besitz dieser Familie, bis es der Familie Fortuny \u00fcbereignet wurde. Der heutige Eigentu?mer ist Herr Crist\u00f3bal Segu\u00ed Colom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Granja \u2013 Ergebnis vieler und schicksalhafter Epochen \u2013 sit eine Mischung aus herrschaftlichem und l\u00e4ndlichem Stil, denn neben seiner Funktion als Herrschaftssitz war es zugleich eine Landgut zur Produktion landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugnisse, mit zuweilen \u00fcber einhundert Besch\u00e4ftigten. Dies verleiht dem Anwesen den schwer zu beschreibenden Zauber eines altehrw\u00fcrdigen, gut erhaltenen Geb\u00e4udes von ganz eigenem, beeindruckendem Stil \u2013 aber zugleich nennt es die wesentlichsten Elemente unserer reichen kulturellen Vergangenheit sein eigen.
