Sein Geschmack ist samtig, sehr ausgewogen, angenehm im Mund und mit einem langen, anhaltenden Abgang, der die Aromen des Ausbaus zur\u00fcckbringt, bei denen S\u00fc\u00dfholz hervorsticht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach einer 21-t\u00e4gigen G\u00e4rung und Mazeration in Edelstahltanks betr\u00e4gt die Reifezeit 14 Monate in Barriques und mindestens 23 Monate in der Flasche vor der Vermarktung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er kann in den n\u00e4chsten f\u00fcnf Jahren bei einer Serviertemperatur von 18 \u00b0C genossen werden und muss in einer geeigneten Umgebung gelagert werden, die diese Temperatur nicht \u00fcberschreitet. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Qualit\u00e4tssprung war die Einf\u00fchrung physischer Behandlungen zur Temperatur- und G\u00e4rkontrolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Was halten Sie von biologischem Anbau?<\/strong><br>Er ist sehr interessant, besonders im Mittelmeerraum, wo die klimatischen Bedingungen sehr gut sind.
