Verderol wird t\u00e4glich entnommen und f\u00fcr einen Liter \u00d6l sind sieben kg Oliven erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die B\u00e4ume werden von Hand zur\u00fcckgeschnitten und die dabei anfallenden Reste werden vor Ort geh\u00e4ckselt, um dem Boden als organischer D\u00fcnger zu dienen. Die Oliven werden mit Produkten behandelt, die f\u00fcr den biologischen Anbau zugelassen sind, um parasit\u00e4re Pilze zu vermeiden.
