Im Jahr 1320 wurden die Bauarbeiten aufgenommen. Sie dauerten bis zum 18. Jahrhundert, wie am Aussehen dieser kleinen gotischen Kathedrale unschwer zu erkennen ist.\u00a0 Die Kirche <strong>Sant Jaume<\/strong> stand unter dem Schutz der Krone von Mallorca und wurde nach Jakob I. und seinem Sohn Jakob II. benannt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-12351 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 0px 20px 20px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Kirche Sant Jaume, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/iglesia-esglesia-church-Kirche-abside-Sant-Jaume-Mallorca.jpg\" alt=\"Kirche Sant Jaume, Mallorca\" width=\"400\" height=\"296\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/iglesia-esglesia-church-Kirche-abside-Sant-Jaume-Mallorca.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/iglesia-esglesia-church-Kirche-abside-Sant-Jaume-Mallorca-300x222.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><br \/>\nDie dritte Kirche auf unserer Besichtigungsrunde hei\u00dft <strong>Sant Miquel<\/strong>. Mit dem Bau dieses Gotteshauses wurde nach gotischem Vorbild im 14. Jahrhundert begonnen. Der Vorg\u00e4nger des Geb\u00e4udes wurde auf der Hauptmoschee von Medina Mayurqa errichtet. Dort wurde traditionsgem\u00e4\u00df die erste Messe gefeiert, als Jakob I. am 31. Dezember 1229 in die Stadt kam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nSchlie\u00dflich kommen wir dann zu <strong>Santa Eulalia<\/strong>, die im Stil der katalanischen Gotik gebaut wurde. Die heutige Fassade der Kirche ist neugotisch (1903). In der Kirche sehen wir den \u201eChristus der Eroberung\u201c. Die Statue wurde der zu diesem Zeitpunkt bedeutendsten Kirche Palmas wahrscheinlich im 13. Jahrhundert von Jakob I. geschenkt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12374 size-full\" title=\"Kirche Sant Miquel,
