Im Jahre 2008 f\u00f6rderte die Firma Especias Cresp\u00ed neuerlich ihre Verwendung und baute sie an.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Especias Cresp\u00ed \u00fcberwacht den gesamten Produktionszyklus des Paprikapulvers, angefangen von der Aussaat bis hin zur Verpackung. Dabei werden die Vorschriften f\u00fcr biologische Landwirtschaft angewendet. Die Ernte findet von August bis Oktober statt, d.h., es werden jeweils nur die reifsten Paprikas ausgew\u00e4hlt. Damit wird gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass sie am meisten <strong>Vitamin C und E<\/strong> sowie den gr\u00f6\u00dften Zuckergehalt und die beste F\u00e4rbung haben. Paprikaschoten mit hohem Qualit\u00e4tsniveau erreichen 120 Farbeinheiten, w\u00e4hrend das Paprikapulver Tap de cort\u00ed der Firma Especias Cresp\u00ed <strong>155 bis 170<\/strong> Farbeinheiten erzielt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12179 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin-top: 0px; margin-left: auto; display: block; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Paprikapulver \u201eTap de cort\u00ed\u201c, Piment\u00f3n de Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/especias-crespi-mallorca.jpg\" alt=\"Especias Cresp\u00ed f\u00f6rdert die Qualit\u00e4t des Paprikapulvers \u201eTap de cort\u00ed\u201c\" width=\"540\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/especias-crespi-mallorca.jpg 540w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/especias-crespi-mallorca-300x133.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Paprikaschoten werden in K\u00f6rbe gelegt, ohne jemals in Kontakt mit dem Boden zu kommen, und es wird auf eine gut L\u00fcftung geachtet. In den Anlagen von Especias Cresp\u00ed werden nochmals die reifsten Paprikaschoten gew\u00e4hlt, mit denen dann die Herstellung des Paprikapulvers beginnt. Zun\u00e4chst werden die Paprikaschoten zusammen mit den Samen getrocknet, da diese die Vitamine enthalten, d.h., es werden nur die Stiele entfernt. Anschlie\u00dfend werden sie in sechs Mahlzyklen in Steinm\u00fchlen zu Pulver zerkleinert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zwischen jedem Zyklus liegen jeweils 24 Stunden, damit das Paprikapulver abk\u00fchlt. Nach dem Durchsieben und den verschiedenen Analysen zur Pr\u00fcfung des Zucker- und Vitamingehalts sowie der Farbe wird das Paprikapulver in verschiedenen Formaten abgepackt.<\/p>\n<h1
