In manchen Jahren findet sie jedoch bereits Mitte August statt, wenn dieser Monat besonders hei\u00df ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-12101\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 20px; margin-bottom: 0px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; float: left;\" title=\"Tiempo de vendimia en Mallorca - The grape harvest - Bodegas Jos\u00e9 L. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die <strong>autochthonen Rebsorten<\/strong> geerntet und zuletzt Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon. Zu den einheimischen roten Rebsorten z\u00e4hlen: Manto Negro, Callet, Fogoneu, Prensall Blanc, Gir\u00f3 Ros und Gorgollassa. Seit einiger Zeit bauen manche mallorquinischen Bodegas wieder einheimische Rebsorten der Insel wie Escursac, Vinater Blanc, Vinater Negre und Argamussa an.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12139\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 20px; margin-bottom: 0px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;\" title=\"Die Zeit der Weinlese auf Mallorca - Bodegas Jos\u00e9 L. Au\u00dferdem gibt es die folgenden beiden Herkunftsbezeichnungen: <strong><a title=\"D.O. Binissalem, Mallorca\" href=\"http:\/\/www.binissalemdo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">D.O. Binissalem<\/a><\/strong> und <strong>D.O. Pla i Llevant<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIn den Neunzigerjahren des vergangenen Jahrhunderts wurde der Weinsektor Mallorcas umgestaltet und gewann dadurch an Professionalit\u00e4t. Die Bodegas stellten hervorragende \u00d6nologen ein und somit konnte die <strong>Weinqualit\u00e4t<\/strong> erheblich gesteigert werden.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12144\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 20px; margin-bottom: 0px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid;\" title=\"Die Zeit der Weinlese auf Mallorca - Bodegas Jos\u00e9 L.
