Man bewahrte diese Kr\u00e4uter auf, indem man sie in Alkohol steckte und so verhinderte, dass sie g\u00e4rten. Man f\u00fcgte auch Zucker hinzu um den bitteren Geschmack zu \u00fcberdecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"283\" data-id=\"1142\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/licor-de-palo_2.jpg\" alt=\"Licor de Palo de Mallorca, Palo Lik\u00f6rs\" class=\"wp-image-1142\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"240\" data-id=\"1147\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/licor-de-palo_3.jpg\" alt=\"Licor de Palo de Mallorca, Palo Lik\u00f6rs\" class=\"wp-image-1147\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Am meisten wird dieser Lik\u00f6r auf Mallorca produziert, doch auch auf Eivissa wird er hergestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Laufe der Jahre hat sich der Herstellungsprozess des Palo Lik\u00f6rs ver\u00e4ndert und so macht man heute den Lik\u00f6r mit gebranntem Zucker. Dies ist es was dem Geschmack das gewisse etwas verleiht. Kenner sagen, dass alle Palo Lik\u00f6re mit der gleichen Basis hergestellt werden, doch keiner der Lik\u00f6re gleich schmeckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Palo ist durch die <strong>geografische Angabe Palo de Mallorca gesch\u00fctzt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:35% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"364\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/licor-de-palo_4.jpg\" alt=\"Palo Lik\u00f6rs, Dos Perellons\" class=\"wp-image-1161 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/licor-de-palo_4.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/licor-de-palo_4-165x300.jpg 165w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Zum Unterschied zu den Herbes Lik\u00f6r, trinkt man den Palo vor dem Essen als <strong>Aperitif<\/strong>.
