La Reserva liegt am Fusse des \u201ePuig de Galatz\u00f3\u201c, einem der bedeutendsten Berge der Insel mit einer H\u00f6he von 1.026 m \u00fc.d.M. Das Tal dieses Naturschutzgebietes geh\u00f6rt zu den landschaftlich sch\u00f6nsten der Insel und zu den am fr\u00fchesten von Menschen besiedelten Landstrichen. Der Puig de Galatz\u00f3 und sein Tal gelten als besonders geheimnisvoll. Haupts\u00e4chlich wegen der Sagen und Spukgeschichten \u00fcber den seltsamen Compte Mal (dem grausamen Grafen), dem im 17. Jhdt. dieser Grund und Boden geh\u00f6rte, aber auch wegen der unumstritten magnetischen Eigenschaften dieses Berges sowie der Tatsache der einzig \u00fcberlebenden Muselmanen zur Zeit der Re-Christianisierung im Jahr 1229, die in seinen HoehlenSchutz suchten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Reserva ist das Zuhause f\u00fcr eine Vielzahl von Pflanzenarten. Dieser Artenreichtum resultiert aus dem j\u00e4h ansteigenden Gel\u00e4nde, das von 200 m \u00fc.d.M. bis auf 1.026 m an der Spitze des Puig de Galatz\u00f3 ansteigt. Die bedeutendsten einheimischen Pflanzen des Archipels sind in einem Katalog zusammengefasst worden, der am Eingang zum Park erstanden werden kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-1124\" style=\"margin: 10px 0px 10px 20px; float: right;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/la-reserva-puig-de-galatzo3.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"278\" \/>Zu sehen sind ausserdem Braunb\u00e4ren, Strausse, Emus, Hirsche, Wildesel, Greifv\u00f6gel, Pfauen, G\u00e4nse, Ziegen und unz\u00e4hlige Entenarten in der von Felsen, Grotten und Wasserf\u00e4llen durchzogenen Landschaft. Der gesamte, \u00fcber alte K\u00f6hlerpfade fu?hrende Rundgang durch den Park, ist 3,5 km lang. Nach etwa einer Stunde gem\u00fctlichen Spazierganges erreicht man einen gro\u00dfen Grillplatz mit Bar, wo es Snacks und Erfrischungen gibt und wo auch ein Mittagessen serviert oder selbst gegrillt werden kann.
