F\u00fcnf Tonnen davon stammen aus \u00f6kologischem Anbau und werden in kleinen Dosen (80 Gramm) mit Etiketten auf Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch vertrieben. Der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Juan Velasco erkl\u00e4rt uns, dass in f\u00fcnf Jahren f\u00fcnf Tonnen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorcashop.net\/de\/mallorca-gewurze\/152-die-okologische-paprika-typisch-fur-mallorca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u201eTap de Cort\u00ed\u201c aus \u00f6kologischem<\/strong><\/a> Anbau exportiert werden sollen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-10630 size-full\" style=\"margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; border-width: 0px; border-style: none; float: left;\" title=\"Mallorkinische BIO Paprika. Der Anbau der Sorte \u201eTap de Cort\u00ed\u201c f\u00fcr Schlachtfleisch ist der Schl\u00fcsselfaktor, aufgrund dessen die j\u00e4hrliche Produktion in die H\u00f6he geschnellt ist. Vor f\u00fcnf Jahren wurden nur 300 Kilo produziert. Dieses Jahr wurden 40 Tonnen Paprikagew\u00fcrz f\u00fcr Schlachtereien produziert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Especias Cresp\u00ed<\/strong> wendet bei der Herstellung anderer traditioneller Gew\u00fcrze dasselbe Ausleseverfahren an. Pfeffer wird beispielsweise aus vier Kontinenten importiert, zumal er in Europa nicht angebaut wird. Daraus wird eine Mischung mit einzigartigen Merkmalen erzeugt.
