S\u00f3n dol\u00e7os i s&#8217;omplen de brossat, confitura, flam o cabell d&#8217;\u00e0ngel.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Per fer uns 30 robiols mitjans necessitem els seg\u00fcents ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Per a la massa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 kg de farina normal<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 grams de sa\u00efm (o mantega)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tasses d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 copetes de vi blanc dol\u00e7<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 rovells d\u2019ou<br \/>\n&#8211; 90 grams de sucre m\u00f2lt<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cullerades d\u2019aigua<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cullerades de sucre glas per empolvorar (opcional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>I per al farcit dels robiols:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 kg de confitura de cabell d\u2019\u00e0ngel (de carbassa). Tamb\u00e9 podem fer els robiols de brossat, codony, moniato, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7589 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Els robiols s\u00f3n unes postres t\u00edpiques de Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/robiols-2.jpg\" alt=\"Els robiols s\u00f3n unes postres t\u00edpiques de Mallorca\" width=\"540\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/robiols-2.jpg 540w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/robiols-2-300x129.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Preparaci\u00f3 dels Robiols<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posem la farina en un bol i fem un forat en el centre. Afegir el llard (o mantega), l\u2019oli, el vi, els rovells, el sucre i l\u2019aigua. Treballem la massa fins que quedi manejable i la deixem reposar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s d\u2019encendre el forn a 170 graus, anirem agafant massa de la mida d\u2019un ou i, a sobre de la taula enfarinada i ajudant-se d\u2019un rodet de cuina, fem uns cercles d\u2019uns 10 o 12 cent\u00edmetres, aquests cercles han de quedar molt fins.<br \/>\nOmplim mig cercle amb la confitura sense arribar a les vores, doblem i ajuntem les vores amb els dits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Retallem les vores amb ajuda d\u2019un talla-pastura i amb les puntes d\u2019una forquilla o el mateix talla-pastura pressionem a les vores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s hem de col\u00b7locar els robiols en una safata per a forn, durant uns 15-20 minuts, untada de llard pr\u00e8viament.
