L\u00b4eix vertebrador d\u00b4aquesta proposta \u00e9s la densitat sedosa de l\u00b4Oli de Mallorca (D.O.P.)<\/strong> que es fon amb l\u00b4her\u00e8ncia bot\u00e0nica de les Herbes Dolces<\/strong>, creant una textura molt suau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La pera aporta la frescor necess\u00e0ria i la acidesa justa per a equilibrar la complexitat de l’oli, mentre que el gel triturat garanteix una integraci\u00f3 perfecta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En una trituradora de gel, posar 6 gla\u00e7ons de gel compactes d’aigua mineral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afegir els ingredients (oli de Mallorca<\/a>, suc de pera, Herbes de Mallorca<\/a>) i triturar 10 segons per amalgamar el c\u00f2ctel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
