Seria impensable endinsar-se en la mem\u00f2ria de les Illes Balears sense fer refer\u00e8ncia als foners balears (<em>honderos bale\u00e1ricos<\/em>) ja que el vocable Balear significa literalment &#8220;Mestre de Llan\u00e7ament&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-469\" style=\"margin: 10px 20px 10px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Foners Balears. Fet tal que els conferia com a enemics letals per la seva destresa i efici\u00e8ncia en el maneig de la fona.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Els foners lluitaven sempre en primera l\u00ednia, separats per diversos metres entre ells com soldats d&#8217;infanteria i la seva funci\u00f3 consistia a trencar les defenses de l&#8217;enemic. Junt amb els arquers, llan\u00e7aven projectils que causaven abundants danys ja que els projectils destrossaven qualsevol escut o armadura de l&#8217;\u00e8poca i una vegada havien trencat l&#8217;ordre defensiu de l&#8217;enemic, deixaven pas a la resta de l&#8217;ex\u00e8rcit que iniciava la c\u00e0rrega.\u00a0 La gran habilitat dels foners de les illes va ser \u00e0mpliament elogiada i admirada pels grans historiadors, tant grecs com romans. El seu gran valor en el combat i la seva espectacular per\u00edcia els van fer famosos al llarg de tot el mediterrani. Els romans, coneixedors del passat marcial dels Balears, van continuar sol\u00b7licitant els seus serveis per a la seva pr\u00f2pia infanteria lleugera. Es podria destacar el fet que Julio C\u00e9sar a la guerra de les G\u00e0lies va portar, entre les seves tropes, foners bale\u00e0rics.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Si b\u00e9 la proced\u00e8ncia exacta d&#8217;aquests colonitzadors \u00e9s una inc\u00f2gnita fins i tot sense resoldre, diversos vestigis trobats en diferents jaciments mallorquins, fan suposar que l&#8217;arribada dels primers pobladors a les illes es va produir al voltant del IV mil\u00b7lenni a.dC. Basant-nos en l&#8217;estructura social i en les tend\u00e8ncies religioses d&#8217;aquestes primitives cultures, es pot pressuposar una ascend\u00e8ncia origin\u00e0ria de l&#8217;extrem oriental de la Mediterr\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-479\" style=\"margin: 10px 20px 30px 0px; float: left;\" title=\"Foners Balears. Fona mallorquina.\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/honderos_balearicos_foner.jpg\" alt=\"Foners Balears. Fona mallorquina.\" width=\"194\" height=\"248\" \/>Aquesta teoria la refor\u00e7a el fet que les successives migracions posteriors van procedir de llocs com Fenicia (l&#8217;actual L\u00edban) o Focea (actual Turquia) i el fet que els diferents top\u00f2nims originaris de llocs de la Mediterr\u00e0nia en els quals es van establir aquests primers pobladors acaben sempre en \u201cusa\u201d: Kromiusa (Rodes), Ijnusa (Sardenya), Algusa (Sicilia), Melusa (Menorca), Kromiusa (Mallorca), Pitiusa (Eivissa), Ofiusa (Formentera).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Les restes trobades m\u00e9s primitives a Mallorca daten del 3500 A.dC. a l&#8217;\u00e8poca del neol\u00edtic, per\u00edode de transici\u00f3 entre l&#8217;edat de bronze, on els primers objectes de coure fan aparici\u00f3. Es pot situar un representant d&#8217;aquests primers pobladors en L&#8217;home de Moleta, de qui es van trobar restes entre els del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/ca\/cultura\/myotragus-balearicus.html\">Myotragus Balearicus<\/a> (b\u00f2vid end\u00e8mic balear de la mida d&#8217;una cabra, avui en dia extingida) a L&#8217;avenc de Moleta a prop del port de Valldemossa.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a title=\"Comprar Honda Mallorquina\u00a0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mallorcashop.net\/ca\/169-sling-honda-fona-schleuder-mallorca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Comprar fona de Mallorca<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La fona ha tingut un paper molt rellevant en la hist\u00f2ria de les Illes Balears.
