Els prebes es tallen a tires i les patates, a rodanxes rodones fines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una cassola de fang, preparar una salsa de tom\u00e0tiga natural, sofregint primer els alls sencers i les fulles de llorer. Afegir les tom\u00e0tigues i deixar que la salsa es vagi fent, mentre els prebes es fregeixen en una paella a part. Quan la salsa est\u00e0 llesta, incorporar els prebes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per altra banda, enfarinar lleugerament la llampuga i fregir els trossos en una paella. Fregir tamb\u00e9 per separat les patates i col\u00b7locar-les al fons d\u2019una cassola. Cal vertir la salsa sobre les patates, incorporar el peix i deixar coure uns minuts tot junt.
