Una rehabilitaci\u00f3 de sis anys, portada a terme per l&#8217;Ajuntament, permet visualitzar com era la casa senyorial tradicional a la ciutat de Palma i la seva evoluci\u00f3 entre els segles XVI i XX, reproduint les decoracions de cada \u00e8poca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/CanBalaguer2.jpg\" alt=\"Can Balaguer, una mostra permanent del passat senyorial a Palma\"\/><figcaption>Can Balaguer, una mostra permanent del passat senyorial a Palma<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El casal va ser constru\u00eft en la primera meitat del segle XVIII<\/strong> en estil barroc pel primer marqu\u00e8s del Reguer, Francesc Amer Montaner i Dameto, qui havia estat gentilhome de c\u00e0mera de Felip V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;exposici\u00f3 &#8220;Un nou espai per a la ciutat&#8221;, situada al pati, ens explica la reforma realitzada per convertir-lo en un <strong>acollidor museu<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de les cases nobles de Palma, segons els estils arquitect\u00f2nics i gustos de cada moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la planta noble acull l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 permanent &#8220;La casa possible&#8221;, rica mostra de mobles mallorquins, cer\u00e0mica i part de la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 particular de l&#8217;\u00faltim propietari, Josep Balaguer. Hi destaquen pintures dels artistes modernistes Antoni Gelabert i Anglada Camarasa, aix\u00ed com un \u00f2rgan Walcker adquirit pel m\u00fasic i empresari inquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;entrada al preci\u00f3s i pati d&#8217;arcs rebaixats est\u00e0 precedida per unes espectaculars portes amb caracter\u00edstiques baldes en forma de mans. La col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 permanent gira al voltant d&#8217;aquest espai, mostrant l&#8217;exquisida tasca de rehabilitaci\u00f3 duta a terme despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un acord entre l&#8217;Ajuntament i el Cercle de Belles Arts, \u00faltim habitant de la sup\u00e8rbia mansi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"844\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/CanBalaguer-palma-844x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Can Balaguer, Palma.
