L&#8217;endem\u00e0, esc\u00f3rrer.<\/p>\n<p>Pelar i tallar la patata, els alls, la ceba, el nap i la pastanaga en daus mitjans, i tallar la col en\u00a0juliana.<br \/>\nEn una olla amb aigua freda, posi les faves, el nap i la pastanaga, la carn, i deixar coure lentament, a foc suau.<\/p>\n<p>Quan la carn estigui cuita, retirar-la i tallar-la en tires.<br \/>\nAgregui a l&#8217;olla el\u00a0botifarr\u00f3, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/productos-tipicos\/sobrasada-de-mallorca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sobrassada<\/a>, la ceba, el tom\u00e0quet, la patata, la col i la carn en tires. Deixar bullir fins que la patata estigui cuita.<\/p>\n<p>A part, bullir els fideus en una mica del brou i incorporar-los a l&#8217;olla quan siguin a punt. Comprovi el punt de sal, agregui un parell de fulles de menta i servir.<br \/>\nSi troba que el plat \u00e9s molt contundent, pot substituir el porc per una quart de gallina o no posar carn, perqu\u00e8 sortir\u00e0 gust\u00f3s igualment.<\/p>\n<p>\nRecepta Fava Parada: Margalida Castells.
