{"id":22070,"date":"2018-08-20T17:55:48","date_gmt":"2018-08-20T15:55:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/?p=22070"},"modified":"2019-03-13T00:48:34","modified_gmt":"2019-03-12T23:48:34","slug":"castell-de-bendinat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/ca\/cultura\/castell-de-bendinat.html","title":{"rendered":"Castell de Bendinat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hist\u00f2ria\u00a0Castell de Bendinat<\/strong><br \/>\nBendinat \u00e9s una antiga alqueria isl\u00e0mica, documentada al segle XIII amb el nom Bendinex.<\/p>\n<p>El seu significat podria ser tradu\u00eft com &#8216;fill del barbamec&#8217;; la part\u00edcula &#8216;ben&#8217;, com &#8216;bini&#8217; ens indicaria una alqueria de tipus cl\u00e0nic.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A manera d&#8217;etimologia popular, i sense gaire fonament hist\u00f2ric, la llegenda vol fer creure que el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/nuestra-gente\/nacimiento-del-rey-jaume-i-mallorca.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> rei Jaume<\/a>, en plena campanya de conquesta de Mallorca, es va pronunciar la frase &#8220;Be hem dinat&#8221; (&#8220;hem menjat b\u00e9&#8221;). M\u00e9s probablement, el rei va sopar per aquests redols, concretament a la botiga d&#8217;Oliver de T\u00e9rmens, com ens indica la Cr\u00f2nica o Llibre dels Feits del Rei Jaume.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21967 size-full alignleft\" style=\"float: left; margin: 20px 20px 50px 0px;\" title=\"Castell de Bendinat, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-1.jpg\" alt=\"Castell de Bendinat, Mallorca\" width=\"350\" height=\"216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-1.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-1-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des del segle XV la possessi\u00f3 era propietat de la fam\u00edlia Burgues. Segons una cita documental de l&#8217;any 1590, llavors Isabel Burgues, c\u00f2njuge del senyor Bernat de Boixadors, cabrev\u00e0 l&#8217;alqueria de Bendinat i la muntanya avui anomenada Na Burguesa, que recentment havia estat agregada a la possessi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al segle XVII, l&#8217;any 1.666 Jer\u00f3nimo de Sales i de Ver\u00ed va guanyar l&#8217;heretat dels Burgues. En aquesta \u00e8poca era una possessi\u00f3 important quant a producci\u00f3 agr\u00edcola, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s tenia unes r\u00fastiques cases i depend\u00e8ncies camperoles.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21992 size-full alignleft\" style=\"float: left; margin: 20px 20px 30px 0px;\" title=\"Castell de Bendinat, Mallorca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-6.jpg\" alt=\"Castell de Bendinat, Mallorca\" width=\"350\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-6.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-6-261x300.jpg 261w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/>La finca de Bendinat va passar als Caro en 1850, marquesos de la Romana, on en 1855 va heretar la finca Pedro Caro \u00c1lvarez de Toledo, V marqu\u00e8s de La Romana (que va adoptar el nom de Maza de Lizana per accedir a l&#8217;her\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un important hereu peninsular), casat amb l&#8217;arist\u00f2crata hongaresa Elisabeth Sz\u00e9cs\u00e9ny Zichy-Ferraris. Aquest matrimoni va ser el patrocinador del castell neog\u00f2tic de Bendinat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 1876, va passar a Juana-Adelaida Dameto i de Ver\u00ed. A la data de la transacci\u00f3, la finca tenia 2.800 quarterades d&#8217;extensi\u00f3 es va escripturar per un valor de 123.000 lliures. Despr\u00e9s va correspondre a Jos\u00e9 Despuig i Gonz\u00e1lez de Valbuena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 2005 els Truyols van vendre la finca a la Fundaci\u00f3 Astroc, que ha impulsat activitats culturals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Descripci\u00f3\u00a0Castell de Bendinat<\/strong><br \/>\nLes cases senyorials de la possessi\u00f3 de Bendinat s\u00f3n conegudes amb el nom de Castell de Bendinat, ja que configuren una singular resid\u00e8ncia de <strong>tipologia historicista neog\u00f2tica<\/strong>, a la manera d&#8217;un <strong>castell d&#8217;arrels medievals<\/strong>. T\u00e9 planta rectangular, amb <strong>quatre torres<\/strong> angulars i dues plantes d&#8217;al\u00e7ada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El portal central condueix a una sala ornamentada per una gran xemeneia neog\u00f2tica. A l&#8217;antic menjador amb portal neog\u00f2tic, hi ha <strong>tapissos murals<\/strong> datats el 1883 i 1884, mostren escenes medievals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-21987 size-full\" style=\"border: 0px none; border-width: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 40px 0px;\" title=\"tapissos murals, Castell de Bendinat\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-5.jpg\" alt=\"tapissos murals, Castell de Bendinat\" width=\"940\" height=\"582\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-5.jpg 940w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-5-300x186.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-5-768x476.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/>La sala de la dreta de la fa\u00e7ana comunica amb un portal neog\u00f2tic que condueix a l&#8217;escala dels senyors. El primer pis t\u00e9 acc\u00e9s per un portal amb l&#8217;escut dels Burgues ornamentat amb ra\u00efm. Segueix una sala de damasc vermell i la galeria del pati, amb barana de plafons calats i estructura de metall i bigues. A la sala-tribuna que comunica amb la <strong>capella<\/strong>, els senyors podien sentir missa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-21962 size-full\" style=\"float: left; margin: 20px 20px 50px 0px;\" title=\"Castell de Bendinat\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat.jpg\" alt=\"Castell de Bendinat\" width=\"350\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-300x246.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Novament a la planta baixa, el pati interior t\u00e9 planta rectangular, apareix envoltat d&#8217;una <strong>galeria de 28 arcs apuntats<\/strong>. L&#8217;entrada ampla, t\u00e9 la particularitat de no comptar amb pilar, ja que els dos arcs centrals conflueixen en una petxina acabada en m\u00e8nsula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fa\u00e7ana nord mostra al centre un portal apuntat amb l&#8217;escut dels Truyols, que constitueix l&#8217;entrada gran al pati. La torre nord-est presenta un arc apuntat que serveix de portal de la capella. L&#8217;interior de la capella \u00e9s de dos trams de volta d&#8217;aresta i presbiteri poligonal, actualment no hi ha retaule ni imatge religiosa. Al lateral de l&#8217;Evangeli, destaca un vitrall amb motius her\u00e0ldics.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-21972 size-full\" style=\"float: left; margin: 20px 20px 60px 0px;\" title=\"tafona, Castell de Bendinat\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-2.jpg\" alt=\"tafona, Castell de Bendinat\" width=\"350\" height=\"246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-2.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.masmallorca.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Castillo-de-Bendinat-2-300x211.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la banda nord-est del castell, se situen les cases pageses tradicionals de planta quadrangular i portal amb arc rebaixat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pati \u00e9s de gran <strong>simetria<\/strong>, amb s\u00f2l empedrat i amb tres arcs rebaixats. La <strong>cuina<\/strong>, una estada rectangular de grans dimensions, amb la taula dels missatges, i una gran campana, amb la llar central.
