Reservar a un recipient a part.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la mateixa paella amb la resta de l\u2019oli sofregir la ceba i el llorer, fins que quedi ben suat, afegir una miqueta de sal i reservar amb el xot.
