Fregiu les supremes dins una pella amb oli d\u2019oliva (sense passar-les per farina).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Disposeu les supremes dins una palangana o un plat pla. Retireu la meitat d\u2019oli de la pella.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Salteu els esclata-sangs i l\u2019all amb l\u2019oli restant de la pella.
